I'm sure we all have particular verses to help us get through the day. The great thing about the Bible is that there are a ton of verses in there that we can use and focus on each week. I don't know about you, but there are quite a few verses that help me with my anxiety and that help me sometimes to get through the week. I will list a few and share why they help me..
The reason why this verse helps me through the week is because it reminds me that I am not my own strength, or this world, or any person in life. But God is my strength. Because God is with me all the time He will give me the strength I need to get through anything He calls me too. When your feeling weak and tired remember who is your biggest strength in your life and who will help you with anything
I have always loved this verse because it gives me a ton of comfort to know that God takes great delight in us and rejoices over us with singing... He loves us so much. Usually this verse can help me get through the week and I hope it can do the same for you.
This verse has always helped me too. It reminds me what Christ has called us to be which is to be strong and courageous. God does not want us to be scared or shrink away from what God has called us to do. With every situation/purpose He gives to us He will give us the strength and courage to do it. Never doubt He can do that.
I've always had this verse memorized. It's a great verse filled with many promises. God himself tells us not to fear because He is always with us and that he will strengthen us and help us and will uphold us with His righteous right hand and will hold us together.
This verse has always been very helpful for me. Because I struggle a lot with anxiety all the time. Anxiety can be hard to beat but when we have God by our side and verses like this one to help us we can remember when we have God by our side and knowing we can "Do all things through Christ who strengthens us" and knowing that "God rejoices over us with singing" and that "He will help us and uphold us with His righteous right hand" we have enough encouragement from God to help us fight through our anxiety.
